All of our works overseen by the local Authority Building Inspectors, regularly signed off at each precise stage and documented accordingly.

Following on from the previous page we have shown you the basic internal works, this is the external views of a typical Dormer. The customer asked us to design a third bedroom with en-suite incorporating a staircase two walk in wardrobes and storage areas to the remaining loft area. All of which we achieved converting this two bedroom bungalow into a three bedroom ( master en-suit ) chalet style bungalow, taking this property to its maximum potential. All the design and planning was dealt with by Classic Construction.
